I work with dating, engaged, and newly married couples who want to build strong foundations and be intentional about how they grow together.

My approach is structured, practical, and insight-driven. Rather than focusing only on surface-level conversations, I help couples better understand the underlying patterns shaping how they communicate, connect, respond, and function together over time.

With more than 20 years in high-stakes communications and leadership roles, a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from Seton Hall University, certification as a Maxwell Leadership Executive Consultant, and 30 years of marriage, I bring both professional expertise and real-life relational insight to this work.

My background in executive communications, messaging strategy, organizational alignment, and leadership consulting has given me a deep understanding of how people process pressure, expectations, communication, conflict, and relational dynamics — both personally and professionally.

I offer a consultative and framework-driven approach focused on building clarity, alignment, communication strength, and intentional relational growth.
